Mr. Spotanski was born and raised in Guam and serves as an Assistant Federal Public Defender. Before entering the legal profession, he served in the United States Marine Corps from 2011 to 2016. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Seattle in 2019 and his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2022.
Since graduating from law school, he has devoted nearly all of his practice to criminal defense. His experience includes participating in trials before the Superior Court of Guam and presenting oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Guam. Having grown up on Guam, he is grateful for the opportunity to return home and continue serving the community through his work as an Assistant Federal Public Defender.
